CERTIFICATE COURSE IN YOGIC SCIENCES (CCY)

This is a 200 hours teacher training course affiliated from Educational Board of Vocational Training & Research (Reg. With Govt of MH/ Mum 2016 with Govt. Of India)

It covers basic concepts of Yoga and Swara Vigyan (science of breath). Whatever is taught during this course, if practiced life long, is sufficient to maintain a healthy life. 

This course is offered in two formats

1. Regular Course (3 months - 200 hours) - This course is offered at our Lucknow and Varanasi branch and also can be pursued online.

2. Fast Track Course (1 month - 200 hours) - This course is a complete residential course and will be conducted at Harsiddhi Yoga Ashram, Mirzapur.
